Description:

Designs, leads, supervises, and provides strategic advice on the technical aspects of projects of major significance, necessitating advanced knowledge of technology, environmental policy issues, organizational structures, and facilitation/mediation techniques. Requires the ability to originate and apply new and unique methods and procedures, while understanding the complex context of the issues.

Experience:

I – 0 to 5 years

II – 5 to 10 years

III – 10+ years

Education:

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required for the years of work experience listed in column C. If a candidate with a high school degree or equivalent is offered, add 4 years of work experience required to column C. If a Masters degree or equivalent is offered, subtract 2 years of work experience.
